Firstly, our thoughts are with those that are effected by the global outbreak of the COVID-19. We want you to know that we’re monitoring the situation closely and responding to the changes everyday to the best of our ability.
Our customers are our top priority and therefore we take the health and safety of our people very seriously. We want to share with you the steps we are taking to ensure that we protect our people, our customers, and your shopping experience, while sticking to the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization and relevant International Governments.
While we are still open our team members are continuing to practice safe and healthy hygiene, and we have rolled out extra prevention measure across our stores.
In line with the Nationwide Lock Down from midnight 26th March to 17th April 2020 all Freddy stores will be closed.

We have also rolled out additional cleaning measures at our distribution center and Head office branch to ensure safe shipping of your products.
Please allow up to 7 – 10 days delivery after the lifting of the Nationwide Lock Down.
